By attending My Hometown Fest, you do more than just enjoy a fun day filled with great food, craft beer and spirits, music and fun activities for the entire family. You also help hundreds of area children and their families with speech, language and hearing disabilities. All proceeds from My Hometown Fest go to support these local charities.
Sertoma Club of Greater Sarasota
Established in 1956, Sertoma Club of Greater Sarasota is part of the Sertoma International service organization, which each year helps millions of children and families worldwide suffering from speech, language and hearing difficulties. Comprised of business and community leaders from throughout the area, Sertoma Club of Greater Sarasota’s primary focus is on helping local children’s charities with an emphasis on speech and language needs. The club also provides grants throughout the year for schools and other community organizations that serve children and adults with speech and language needs.
Sertoma Kids, Inc.
Sertoma Kids Speech and Language Center is an outpatient center funded by Sertoma Club of Greater Sarasota and is located at 2750 Stickney Point Road, Suite 210, in Sarasota.
